Vegetable Garden Planting

Sheri Ann Richerson, co-author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Year-Round Garden talks about crops that self-seed in the vegetable garden. While she did not allow any of them to self-seed last year, she does go ahead and plant seed of these crops in her garden in January. The snow will melt and help the seeds make good contact with the soil below.
